As a complete industrial molding provider, Ashley Industrial Molding, Inc. has developed a comprehensive selection of services and programs to serve customers. With strong roots in the US and a growing international presence, our growth has been a direct result of rapid response to customer needs. In addition to reaction injection molding, compression molding, and thermoforming, many fabrication and finishing processes are available. Services include two component painting, automated multi-axis routing, robotic adhesive application, and assembly. If additional parts are required to complete an assembly, our procurement team maintains a base of top quality suppliers who can provide any necessary ancillary components.

We can provide complete PPAP packages as needed and all projects are managed by a cross functional team comprising of technical and customer support staff. After full production is approved, multiple inventory management systems including JIT shipping and Kanban pull systems can be tailored to customer needs. Value added services are designed to streamline the entire manufacturing process and consist of services that eliminate extraneous steps from the supply chain while lowering the overall cost of producing a good.
